Top 9 controversial movie in INDIA

Does the ART have any boundary???

Ever since the human came into existence , he had a basic need other than hunger , thirst , and sex – the need to explore , to learn ,know anything and everything . With the evolution ,he could learn the art of pottery , sculpture, writing scripts , making social groups , various forms of art were learned and explored which are still in the process of development right now.                                                                             I would define art as a medium of expression to have a greater impact on others and a way of expression of subconscious thoughts and feelings.                                                                                                         Does it have any boundary ??? Can’t say much about anywhere else but in INDIA( where Article 19 under Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted in 1948 talks of freedom of speech and expression without interference).
